    After coming here on and off for years, I won't be back. Very poor customer service. Decided to have a ring sized that I purchased from them and then found out after several weeks that it was in a back room. His wife said they would do it the next day so I did return. She said it would take an hour and would contact me. Instead of letting me know she tells me that she was swamped or too busy thus making me wait an hour longer and ofcourse charging me $150 to size it smaller. This should be free anyway. My advice to Jimmy is hire another Julie and not have her deal with customers because she is NOT good! There are other stores/jewelers in town.

    I went in for a repair on a sentimental piece of 'costume' jewelry. My bracelet needed a stone re-glued and some jump rings closed from the bracelet getting snagged. The turn around was quick but the stone was glued on haphazardly and the bracelet was put back together with stones facing the wrong direction. I took it back to them to express my concerns. They "fixed" it while I waited, but some stones are still facing the wrong direction and there is still glue covering parts of the bracelet so that a link doesn't move freely anymore. After 2 visits and still needing work on my bracelet, I am defeated. I am back to square one of finding a jeweler who cares about their work and has an attention to detail.
