    Unbelievable, that Balfour ruined my sons law school graduation by not providing him with the Doctoral Regalia that he purchased before the deadline. He is graduate of Texas A&M Law School in Fort Worth Texas. They repeatedly told him and my husband that it would arrive in time for his graduation. Well guess what it did NOT....My son had to wear another doctoral rob that didn't have his Law School logo on it, like his other classmates did. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for my son and he can't get this graduation back. How could you all be so selfish to not fulfill your obligation to my son and several other students of Texas A&M Law School. He graduated on May 4, 2024 and it's now May 23, 2024 and he has still not received his regalia or even a refund. We have requested his regalia and a refund so that we can take his pictures with the proper Doctoral Regalia for a keepsake. Unfortunately, all the pictures taken by the professional photographer are of him in the incorrect regalia. Balfour you need to make this right and issue him a refund, provide him with his doctoral regalia, and even pay for his pictures to be taken professionally since you are the ones who ruined it!!!!
