November, the fourth kitchen tuner's game dark house, a 3100 Kipling. Way 3 young adults showed up and they have destroyed our kitchen. A cabinet pulled off the wall lazy Susan ***** broken paint all over our floor the cabinets not done properly. You can still see the wood. They need more paint on the cabinets. The owners came over and said no, they do not do that. That is industry standards, and we can finish painting on, but it will be more money at this time. I want a full refund and never to hear from these people again.

On Nov 8, our installers informed us of some of your concerns at the end of the project once the doors had been rehung. They also mentioned feeling uncomfortable due to the tone of the conversation, which led us to have them leave the job early before final touch ups and clean up. We visited your home on Nov 11 to discuss those concerns. Some of the issues you raised would have been resolved on Friday had our team felt safe and been able to complete the job as planned. Regarding painting your oak cabinets, we want to clarify that, as discussed during the initial consultation, the natural grain of oak will still be visible after painting. We aslo discussed the seams in the wood doors, which was another concern of yours this morning, these items are included in your signed contract. We did, however, offer to do the extra work of repainting the doors with a brush at an additional cost as this is not part of our standard process for cabinet painting. As for the issue with the cabinet coming off the wall, we did agree to address it, even though we do not believe it was related to our work based on our daily project pictures. After you expressed frustration over the additional cost, utilizing threats and profanity, and told us to leave your we did just as you requested. Through your actions, a hostile work environment was created, therefore, we are not comfortable returning to your home or sending any of our employees to complete additional work. We had closed out your project without collecting the remaining balance 10% and emailed you the detailed notes for your project. After our conversation at your home you issued a stop payment on the check you wrote to us at the start of the project we did send a letter requesting the payment for our work as it was completed per the signed agreement. At some point you do have to draw the line as to what level of behavior you will put up with from a customer.
