    They do not stand behind their products and do not even reply to the customer even when one of the biggest building supply company reaches out to them on your behalf.
    I bought a faucet that went down after one week and they would not help me pay for my double plumbing bill.
    They said the plumber needed to call them when my he suspected that the faucet went faulty after a week and they would walk him through taking it apart!!!! and then send us the part and then he could come back and fix it!!!!! So, after a week they want us to repair it???? who is going to pay for my plumber for his time to do all of this???? I wasn't asking for a lot. Just 1/2 of one of the plumbers installation bills. I have a $10,000 bathroom with all Tuscany products and this faucet was a replacement in my kitchen. I will never purchase a Tuscany product again and I work with a flipper and know many more and I will encourage them to stand by me by NOT buying Tuscany. Note: I have nothing against the products, and products can be faulty when new but it is how I was treated and what they wanted us to do!!!!
