    I called this company for help with purchasing a drop down attic ladder. I was hearing my voice / everything I would say, repeated back to me. I asked the woman if I was being recorded. I asked her multiple times. She kept trying to avoid answering my question. After 5 minutes of this, she finally admitted that I was being recorded! I told her it was illegal for her to record me without informing me first and allowing me the option if I approve of it or not. I told her I didn't want to be recorded. Again, she wasted my time pretending that she took care of it but I could still hear my voice echo back to me. I told her that I can tell I was still being recorded. I did not appreciate this dishonesty! She said it was system generated. I told her that they just lost a sale and that I would report them to the BBB!
