    On April 27, the land surveyor came to my home and marked the corners of my property, as promised. I paid the full $750 amount for the survey as requested which was to include the written report and drawing sent to me within 2 weeks. However, over six weeks have passed and I have yet to receive the survey. I have left multiple messages and was told two weeks ago that I would be updated to the status of my report, but have still not received any update and have left two more messages without response.

    I would like to either receive the written survey report ASAP or be provided a full refund. Payment was made by check and has cleared my bank.
