- Refunds according to Manufacturer's warranty, Trees and shrubs: warranty is 90 days for customer planted shrubs, and 1 year for Trees and shrubs planted by our staff. All tree and shrub warranties are limited to one replacement per plant purchased and does not include acts of GOD including droughts, Wind, Tornadoes, Floods or Fire damage.
