Unbelievably unprofessional experience. I contacted this firm for a potential medical malpractice case. After an initial call for factual background they informed me they were pleased to proceed with my matter and had Brad A**** contact me for next steps. Brad was so pushy about me signing paperwork and inflexible around my heavy medical appointments. It took me time to get to a point to move forward due to hospitalization and tests, and when I was able to meet he reprimanded me for not being physically able to review the contract. He refused do let me review the paper copy he had, nor provide me an opportunity to ask questions. He stated an attorney has to answer so I suggested we could set up a meeting but he kept talking in circles, saying I’d need to sign first. He lacked empathy, compassion, professionalism, and was harassing in nature. He did not take accountability for his behavior nor set up a meeting and less than one business day later due to him
Running back to the team. I got an email saying they couldn’t move forward. Funny, they chased after me for months for paperwork. I wrote a review then the attorneys who couldn’t give me five minutes to answer questions called me for thirty minutes to “investigate”, which was more like an “interrogation”. Three of them. Saying how upsetting my review was and how I ruined their weekend…. I? Ruined THEIR weekend? I’m disabled because of medical negligence and their employee harassed me. And they treated me like dirt.
