      I signed up for the Profile by Sanford program and started with coach ***** and then switched to Coach ******* In March 2023 I contacted ****** and advised her that I would like to cancel my membership as I had met my goals. I sent multiple emails and text messages to ****** (emails to the email address at her company email, texts to the phone number she provided). I never received replies. I was charged again in April and again sent an email and text, this happened again in May and June. In June I contacted my credit card company because clearly Sanford was not taking the cancellation seriously. At the same time I got in contact with **** *. at the same location and she advised me that ****** was no longer with the company, which is why I was not getting replies. She shared that my situation was unique and that if I submitted another cancellation form she would take care of my refund, I would get 3 refunds in the amount of $200 each in July for the 3 months of over charges. I told her that I would inform my credit card company that Profile by Sanford was going to take care of it and we could close out my dispute as I trusted you to do the right thing. They did close the dispute however I have yet to be refunded. I have email communication with **** specifically stating I would have the refund from Sanford, I just want my $600 returned.
