    On Thursday 11/23/23, I purchased a Mr. Fog Switch from Bourbon Liquor 4 (aka Bourbon Liquor Palace) and I opened it on the property, noticed it didn't work, didn't look right and was obviously counterfeit. I asked for a refund and he wouldn't give it to. I was more mad about giving me a fake vape that could have deadly chemicals in it. Anyway, It was a *** ***** that I spoke to. As a consumer, I don't want to have to risk partaking in potentially fatal acts because of counterfeit items. You can reach me at my email, thank you!!

    Hello* ****** ******. Please pardon the delay in response as the original complaint notice letter may have been misplaced. After reveiwing the said complaint from this customer below is my response to this customer. Also note that I was actually the person who made this sale to *** *****

    We have a standing policy in place that Mr. Fog or other vapes be tested before leaving the store to ensure if its not working an exchange can quickly be made. You may have noticed that *** **** stated he opened it "om property" but not inside the store. I appreciate all my customers and by no means insinuaring that *** **** had any malicious intent. We have had some customers that purchse these and comeback after some for an exchange stating it doesnt work while in all reality its used/empty. This is the primary reason for us to have a sign behind the register counter that customers check/test before leaving the store.

    Above is simply a response to what I as a small business owner had faced/learned to have such a policy in place and by not means its a rebuttal. I'd still appreciate him as a customer if he choses to but I have to protect my business for such fladurent activities that a few chose to do.
