    In January of 2024, I hired GoPro to fix an issue with my stove and also an issue with my range hood.

    The owner of the company, ********* ****** arrived at my house to perform the work. He mentioned he would need to order two new blower fans for my range hood, and said I would need to pay him for them in advance. Foolishly I did so. A couple months later he returned to replace the fans, then claimed he ordered the wrong ones and that he would get back in touch with me. From that point forward I was unable to get in touch with the company, no returned calls, no responses to texts. I filed a lawsuit in small claims and the judge ordered GoPro to repay me, but they didn't even though they said they would.
    ********* ****** should be in jail and the company dissolved.

    My clothes dryer was not drying clothes. I called Go Pro Appliance Repair and inquired about their repair service and how much they charged to walk in my door. I was told that for $84 the Go Pro service technician would diagnose the problem and advise me of the estimated cost to repair the dryer. The customer service representative said the $84 would be applied to the charge for any service rendered.

    The Go Pro Service Technician serviced the dryer without first telling me what service was needed and the cost of the service. He removed the back of the dryer and cleaned out the lint in the dryer. He told me the dryer duct was clogged with lint and needed to be replaced, He did not replace the dryer duct. The Go Pro service technician said he usually carried a 50 ft.roll of dryer duct with him, but had none today. He recommended that I purchase new dryer duct from a store and replace the old dryer duct, which he had removed. The Go Pro technician failed to complete the service and restore my dryer to operating condition. I was expected to finish the job of servicing my dryer. I was charged $225.00 for the incomplete service. The service technician was in my home less than 50 minutes.

    I called and spoke to a Go Pro customer service representative. I complained that the Go Pro service technician did not complete the repair of my dryer. I told the service representative that I expected that Go Pro would complete the service of my dryer and not expect me to complete the service. I told the service representative that I felt cheated because Go Pro did not complete the service. The service representative said they cold come back and replace my old dryer duct with a new dryer duct for a charge of $139. I declined that proposal because I expected them to complete the repair, Including replacing the old dryer duct.

    To resolve this complaint, I want Go Pro to install a new dryer duct at no additional charge.
