    I hired FYNDYOU, **** ******** ***** ****** ******** ******* and pre paid them ( big mistake ) 36k. They strung me out and did nothing for over 6 weeks. I said we can no longer continue with this, as it is not how they said it would go. We said cease and desist and pay us the money we have coming. They said no, and have given nothing back. Also RED FLAG was **** had me make check out to another entity from the start………

    1. Within 3 weeks of your signed
    engagement (9/21) with us we completed over 65% of the $36k worth of work you
    hired us to do. Accepted as Complete via DocuSign by you.
    Your Domain Authority Score stopped
    declining & rose 40% in that time due to our hard work.
    2. Upon receipt of the Cease-and-Desist
    letter you received from the ******* we recommend you seek council (10/16) for
    the next steps on your sites. You asked us to stop all work.
    3. We wrote a new aggressive 30-day Scope
    of Work, agreed upon and signed off via DocuSign by you on November 20, 2023,
    included massive changes:
    - Modifying and updating 1,400 images
    across both sites to comply with trademark regulations.
    - Revising over 400 pages on both sites
    to comply with trademark regulations.
    - Applying a credit from the initial 9/21/23
    scope to the new, legally urgent tasks.
    During our recorded meeting on December
    5, 2023 you mentioned your lawyers had already responded to the ******* you
    were in compliance. Information not given to us. You asked us to stop work
    thereby starting our 60-day termination and reconciliation clause.
