      I have to agree with the billing process. The have turned my account over to collection. I never received a bill, explanation, nothing. I try to get answers with no success. Very poor patient service.

      The date of service was 12/7/23. We sent a statement for the balance after insurance on 1/2/24 and it was returned. Home address was updated and 3 more statements were sent on 1/9, 2/6, and 3/20. They were not returned. We did not receive any phone calls from patient about her account. Statements were sent for 2 other accounts, dates of service 12/14 and 12/21 and were paid by patient.

      Do not use this company and do not sign any document associated with them. It makes me upset that Baptist is associated with these people. I got a bill over 9 months past my procedure and it doesn't even explain what I am paying for. They blamed it on a third party service and told me to reach out to much insurance. The lady over the phone was super combative and had no customer service skills. I will never use them again and may switch providers over this experience.

      The bill is for the interpretation of an x-ray done on 5/22/23. Humana was billed and applied to the deductible. We apologize for the late discovery of the explanation if benefits from Humana and statement being sent out for payment. We have used Change Health to process our statements for many years. They were cyber attacked 2/21/24 and still cannot process our patient statements. We had to process them manually which explains the "look" of the statement that was sent, however, the date of service and x-ray is on the statement. I apologize for the employee handling in an unprofessional way. If Mr. L**** would like to call me. please do so.

      never received a bill. No notice that I owed anything until I received a notice from a collection agency. Maybe if you actually sent a bill to the patient they could pay it. Then you wouldn't need to employee a collection agency.I f you call them about never receiving a bill they will tell you not their fault and then pretend the line got disconnected and hang up on you.

      Date of service was 8/25/23. Health insurance billed 9/11/23. Health insurance paid 9/21/23. Statements were sent to 40206 address on 9/26/23, 10/24/23 and 11/21/23. We did not receive any returned statements from the post office. We had not received any return mail or payment by 2/27/24. The account was placed for outside collection at that time.
