    Ideal Image promised that I would have no hair on the first day we had the consult. I mentioned everything--birth control, hormones, etc could affect this hair and was still told that at the end we would have "just one or two hairs". After spending $4000 and having 7 out of 9 treatments, the hair has fully grown back. They offered two extra sessions after 9. This will not change the fact that hair is completely growing after 7 treatments. After discussing with the manager, *** ***** ******* who was very rude and disrespectful, she threatened me and said that if I contacted the BBB, she would not do any more treatments on us. This place is a scam and completely unethical. I would like at least a partial refund for the lies. And the fact that the manager threatened me that they would not continue to solve the problem is very telling of this business and actually very scary as a client. Me and many others are still in the process of writing reviews on every social media page and google reviews in hopes that others do not fall for this scam. Shame on the company and shame on ****

    I would not recommend the cool sculpting treatments. It's over priced and Ideal Image botched my left side abdomen. So now one side is bigger than the other. I asked for a refund and have yet to receive it. Don't be fooled or tricked. They make it seem like like you will receive these great results and all actuality you wont even see much results on your first treatments. $3,200 down the drain :(
