    It’s a local putt putt golf place we were told by employees we had until 12:15am to ourchase another game we purchased another game at 12:10 and made it to the next area at 12:13 and was the proceeded to be told we couldn’t play the machines shut off at 12:40 despite the establishment closing at 1 manager was rude and unhelpful and would not provide a refund despite having spent at minimum $350 in the matter of an hour

    Good Afternoon, 

    We do have a journaled record of this guest visiting our venue.  The guest (booking code ******)  entered our building late for their reserved booking at 12am.  We have record of the arrival surpassing the allotted time allowed to begin and finish a game prior to our closing of the venue for the evening.  One of our Managers did get involved to resolve.  As a result of the group arriving too late to start and finish the game prior to our closing time, the Manager extended his business card with 6 free games of golf to redeem at a time that was convenient for the guest.  In these cases, there is usually a sincere apology to which my staff usually contributes.  As our refund policy states, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason up to 12 hours prior to the reservation and do not extend refunds once game play has been initiated.  (a check-in) which his were.  As for the charge, with this booking code, we only show a game play charge of $74.20 and cannot validate the amount in which they are requesting as spend.  I have reached out to the guest via email to confirm all the information we have and feel confident the matter could be further reconciled if the information I have submitted here is not in full or correct.  Our goal is to bring everyone into play and hope to satisfy the guest reported issues.  We value all of our guests and hope that we can find further resolution if needed.
