    I rented a 7x10 unit on 12/26/2024 at U Stor It on Bluegrass Pkwy 40299. Since then, I have got into a larger unit 10x17 ultimately giving more money to the facility. I have rented two ****** from U Stor It, bringing them back cleaned and detailed, better than they were before renting them . I have spent a lot of money at this facility and have always paid on time. On April 10, 2025 I was at storage, it started to storm and I had to cease on cleaning my storage. I sat in my vehicle until the storm passed over. When it quit storming, I was right back to cleaning my storage unit, was then approached by an older lady who claimed she had notified the police on me and told me that I could not sleep there, which I was not sleeping, as I was cleaning up my unit. She said that I had to be out by 5pm and my gate code was going to be turned off and police would be there at 5pm. I was being evicted out of my unit for whatever reason. I did nothing wrong nor did I deserve to be thrown out immediately. I have until 5 pm April 11. 2025 to get out what I could otherwise they are confiscating my property. I don’t know why I am being treated this way because I have not done anything to deserve this treatment.

    **** ****** we understand that the tenant is not satisfied, and we certainly value every customer's business, however we have had several customers, which I will not disclose who, complain about the previous tenant who has filed the complaint. Other tenants have complained that their (previous tenant making the complaint) items are blocking their entrance into their unit, as well as being there for prolonged periods of time due to them (customer who filed a complaint) sleeping which is not allowed per our lease. We also have had customers find human feces and urine that they had mentioned it might be from the tenants that have filed the complaint. With all that being said in done we certainly do not want to accuse anyone, but when multiple customers complain about them, we have decided to terminate their lease. Per our lease we can approve or deny anyone allowance to use our facility on a case-to-case basis. we have never had a bad experience with the former tenant and valued their business, if it was just a single tenant, we would have neglected this course of action, but when it is several, we have decided to take action and terminate their lease with us because other tenants have complained they do not feel comfortable with the previous tenant loitering on the property which is not allowed.

     I received the response from your company regarding the complaint that I filed in regards to my property being held and illegally evicted from the business Bluegrass U Stor it . 
    I have never received one complaint by the office workers or the management company regarding any of these complaints. I have never even heard of this **** *****. In response to her statement, I wrench the unit, and she mentioned that there were feces and urine but they were not sure if it was from my unit, this so called complaint is deformation of character and is slander.  I can assure you that there was not any fecal matter from me. “several“ occupants? I have no idea what she is referring to, my name is on the contract, no one else. And Blocking people’s unit? I have never kept anyone from gains no access into thei unit. Upon speaking with ******* *** ****** who work at the facility every day, they have never expressed to me any problem or complaint (s) .  ******* and ***** both have said that I am a respectable tenant and I have never been late on my facility fees, only held up on payment for four days because of a special that was running and had some confusion over the special and I was told to hold off on payment until ******* contacted me about eligibility on the special. I took it upon myself to pay the full payment and paid the “late” fee anyways without a complaint because I did not want to have any breech of contract.  Furthermore, that being said, with regards to looking at all the reviews on the website I rented with Bluegrass U Stor it because of the hospitality and knowledge friendliness by ***** *** ****** and they were always willing to go the extra mile for tenants and or myself. I have also rented from Bluegrass U Stor It ****** from ***** a box truck and 2 vans, upon returning all three vehicles, ******* and ***** complemented Me about how the box truck and the two vans came back, detailed, fully fueled and in better condition than before I rented them. It was even mentioned to me that I would be a great candidate to clean out Bluegrass U Stor It storage units after the facility  had auctions once a month. So, even after all this “illegal eviction “ withholding my property and locking me out of my unit, ******* and ***** had no idea why ******** ********** ******* was doing this to me. The ******** ********** ******* has failed to speak with the office workers ******* and ***** regarding any of these so called complaints.  I have no idea who **** ***** is or  who is ******** ********** *******. I have never been informed of anything being said or myself being in the wrong or any wrongful doing or criminal acts on my behalf. ******* and ***** were aware that I am a college student full-time, and had to budget the fees for the storage facility and the insurance monthly on my finances, and I feel as if ******** ********** has violated myself with slanderous comments and defamation of character because I’m being evicted for hearsay of so-called complaints that has never been brought to my attention or ***** and *****s attention. ******** ********** ******* has informed ***** and ***** to keep me locked out of my unit after I paid in full for the month of April. I was only allowed in my unit five days after the payment was made and was completely locked out and was told not to come on the property Unless it was during work hours, and there was a red lock placed on my unit and I could never access anything in my unit to be able to move to a new location. I also spoke with ***** and he was very willing to rent me another ****** truck because of my previous rental agreements have come back immaculate And better than they were before with the ****** and upon renting the ****** to be able to get my things out of my storage unit they had to drill my lock out because someone had tampered with it and could not get my lock out per ***** and upon entering into the unit my unit was gone through and several things were broken including china, crystal, etc. ***** has personally said when he had to drill my lock out because it had been tampered with that he’s never seen anything like that with the lock being tampered with of which I still have the lock that was drilled out of my unit in my possession. And now there was no police report ever filed on that or against me for that matter at any time I have been completely locked out of my unit and told not to come on the property. ******** ********** and Bluegrass U Stor it  has my unit on lock down and they have my property of which I’m going to lose my 10 x 17 1/2 unit with family heirlooms personal medical documents not to mention a lot of sentimental furniture Andfamily heirlooms . I believe that i have been targeted, slandered, defamation of character and singled out for no explanation and there was no violation of any sort or criminal activity that has been committed by me. I was paid in full on my unit and insured. The ******** ********** ******* did not even give me the 30 days that I paid for, they illegally locked me out of my unit on so called “complaints” and seized my belongings and told ******* and ***** not to take payment from me again, my account was automatically terminated one day after ******** ********** said I was not allowed on the property and my contract was terminated. I reached out to ******* to have someone from the ******** ********** ******* to please contact me, and nothing. I do not want this to happen to anyone else  like they have done to me. I have been completely singled out and if ******** ********** is going to conduct business in this matter of false accusations, they should be investigated and charged with theft by deception over my unit. It has been a total nightmare and I still have no explanation  from ******** ********** of why this happened and what I did wrong for ******** **********  to illegally evict me lock down and steal all of my belongings out of my unit #623.
