    Hired them for a short move. Long story short they broke a brand new tv and a shelf. The owner said they would turn it in to their insurance. After waiting over a month I inquired to see about my check for the replacement tv and shelf. The owner stated I had no proof they broke the tv and shelf. So more or less they can move your home and break whatever they want and not be held accountable. I am sending the copy of the replacement tv which was 634 with tax. I didn't even push the issue of the new shelf since it was 35 dollars. This is fraud, a company just can't break your items and not be responsible for damages. They also quoted me a price of 650 for the move, after I paid the 650 they called back and I paid another 150. This company is not responsible at all.

    The company states that it made every reasonable effort to satisfy the customer.  The company's documentation specifies that moving pressed furniture comes with no guarantees.  The company requests that the customer provided the make and model number of the TV that was damaged, so that it may determine a potential reimbursement based on it's contractual obligations.
