    I had high hopes purchasing a used guitar from this company. I expected that they would've a high level of inspection and make sure all guitars would be consistently playable. As a left handed played it's difficult to find higher quality used guitars so I was happy to find one that I felt was reasonably priced. However upon receiving the guitar I discovered issues with its ability to hold tune. After replacing the strings and getting the guitar setup professionally I had the guitar for over 2 days which is the ridiculous return policy set by Music Go Round. This was not enough time to thoroughly test it. And now I have a guitar that is completely useless, the neck appears to be warped, as no matter what I do I can not achieve a consistently tuned sound. From frets 2-5 its very noticable, as an A chord or Bm chord is completely out of tune. If you tune the guitar to make those chords in tune, other cowboy chords are out of tune. I replaced the saddle, the nut and adjusted the truss rod to no avail. Thanks for a 1300$ piece of wall art Music Go Round. NEVER AGAIN. Do not buy from them without extensive due diligence. Do not trust that their instruments will be quality, do not expect good customer care in response.
