      Should be able to leave zero stars! Went in for appointment on 6-14-23. Doctor was great, she prescribed me medication for my blood pressure, and my feet. Left the office thinking my medication would be sent to pharmacy by end of the day,only to find out they hadn’t sent it in. So next day, I call and they say the doctor who seen me was the only doctor and they were behind. To leave a message. And that they had 1-2 days to send script. So Friday comes, still no script sent to pharmacy. Call them again, and just keep getting told same thing and getting run around. Telling me to speak with office manager, and when try to call, your again sent to voicemail that is full. So Tuesday roles around I get up and go to the office, same thing. They can’t do anything, I have to leave a message and wait for office manager, and she will call when back in the office. Never called!at this point i am pissed. I’ve had my insurance and the pharmacy try to get my medication. Nothing, I have never had to go through this to get a simple prescription! I took off work, not feeling well to get my medicine, and week later still no medication. The people in office don’t give af! And they put you on hold when you ask to speak to someone, and never answer. After my next appointment Iam done with this office. They clearly don’t care about their patients. My insurance was paid for me to be seen and treated, and just wasted my time and benefits. Hopefully I don’t have a heart attack or stroke from not having my meds. Currently searching for new office. Don’t go to this place!
