    Payment was confirmed to be received by ****** **** and a tracking number for ***** ********** was provided. The item never arrifed. The shipping company stated I had to pay them a deposit for delivery which I refused and requested to return the package to sender and reached out to the sender for a refund. I have never heard back from either party.

    I submitted a dispute for scam with my banking institution which was denied since it was a person to person transaction and the money was received by the other party. I reached out to Zelle to submit a scam report and they referred me to my banking institution stating they could not do anything to assist in recovering the funds.

    This company clearly is not real and only set up to scam individuals.

    I placed an order for a gift for my husband on the business's website on 8/24/24. I received an email confirmation of my order the same day. I sent the payment via ****** on 8/31/24 as requested and forwarded a copy of the screenshot of the payment as the merchant requested. The merchant requested that it be done via ****** Friends & Family to avoid a fee, but that has also meant that I cannot seek any resolution through ******. I have never received my order. I have tried to email the merchant multiple times and call the numbers listed on their website with no response. I have also emailed and called the shipping company they supposedly used and cannot get a response from them, either.

    I ordered from www.whiskeyflavors.com and then paid via ******.  The website does not accept payment directly.
