    Never received merchandise. I have emailed many times and no one responds anymore. Tracking reads that merchandise has been delivered when it has not. There is no phone number to call company. I would like merchandise or refund.

It's important to note that our standard processing and shipping timeframe typically spans up to 2 business days to pick, pack, and ship orders. Once an order is processed, we promptly dispatch it, aiming for delivery within 12 to 16 business days. While this timeframe is typical for regular circumstances, external factors such as inclement weather and major holidays can occasionally impact delivery times.

    In this particular instance, despite the order remaining within the expected timeframe, the customer encountered an issue upon receipt. The item arrived damaged due to mishandling by the carrier. We understand the frustration this may have caused and have taken immediate action to resolve the matter. We provided the customer with a complimentary replacement, which is currently en-route to them. Additionally, shipping details for the replacement product have been shared with the customer for their convenience.

    I placed an order on 12/8/23 expecting this would arrive before 12/25/23. I never received any shipping confirmation. I still don’t have the items. I’ve written two emails and sent multiple Instagram messages inquiring about the status and trying to cancel the order for a refund and have not received response. I can see based on other reviews that this seems to be an unfortunate pattern. I just want a refund at this point since it appears I will not be receiving the items anytime soon.

    I ordered this product November 28, reached out December 10 was told it was fulfilled and shipped. December 16 still no confirmation email or tracking for shipping. Reached out again told was sitting waiting for carrier pickup. Was told December 6th it shipped. Asked for refund today and they refused. No product no confirmation of shipping or communication from them on delays, etc… I want a full refund this was ordered as Christmas present in ample time which now it won’t be received. Horrible customer service and website says allow 10-12 days for product not a month. Want full refund as no product delivered.
