      Went to Bennett and Bloom in Jeffersonville IN for a cyst removal on eye. At the first visit with the doc, he said surgeries are scd late afternoon but he would do it first thing in the morning if I preferred, so I chose the early appt. Went out and talked to the receptionist, explained conversation with Dr. Z and made the appt. Day of the surgery, I traveled an hour in traffic just to be told at the office I wasn't scd and he only does them late afternoon. I explained what was said by the dr again and was told to have a seat. I seen staff scrambling, and could hear them in the background screaming "she's gonna have to wait". I shouldn't be penalized for the staff being incompetent and very rude. What a way to run the business! So much for them being about the customer. Won't go back to this location or any Bennett and Bloom eye centers ANYWHERE!

      Poor service. Do not use Bennett and bloom eye care as they saw my 19 year old son several times abs never told us we were out of network. Thus causing a huge bill on our end. Yet, they took my co pay and never said anything. Poor business! I hope no one else has to go through this!

      Terrible billing department! They incorrectly billed me and I tried for months to resolve it and dozens of calls led to nowhere. I couldn’t even get an answer or callback from the office manager.
      I paid the bill and let them know I will never return.
      Do not get LASIK or give this place your business!

      One star this visit. Had an appointment with Dr. ******* set 6 months ago, then when I drive an hour & a half for the appointment, the office staff switch the doctor to a Dr. *******. My billing says *******, my initial visit was with *******, & my follow-up should have been the same. My copay should not be appropriated the office because of last minute switcheroos that the office staff do & not the doctor & I'm getting charged for an appointment that never really happened.. I saw Dr ******* as lunch was delivered by ***** that day & he had a break. This is not against him, but staff.

      We were charged more that what was told.even our insurance company. Said so.one eye in April the other in may.told us we would get a refund.right away now telling us it would come from Mo.eye care partners. Called MO today so I don't know anything more.i just want people to be aware. Of there practices.
