    The people at Bluegrass Sunrooms, from Joe ******** the owner, Joe ***** the project manager, the demo team and the construction team, were great to work with. They took down a rotten deck in less than two hours and constructed an AWESOME deck in less than two days. They wasted no time and were as quiet as a construction crew could be.     We had a great experience with Bluegrass Sunrooms from beginning to end! We had our wood deck resurfaced with Trex, and Bluegrass gave us the most affordable quote. Not only that, they were friendly, great to work with, and extremely communicative throughout the whole process.
    Pros: Affordable, quality workmanship. The company really went above and beyond our expectations on a couple of specific issues. For example, we went with the cheapest Trex option and planned to add a drink rail with matching Trex boards. When Joe W. (owner) discovered the Trex option we chose would not work for a drink rail, he offered to upgrade us to a more expensive Trex option for both the drink rail and the picture frame edging on the deck—at no cost to us! And honestly, I think the contrasting frame and rail looks better than the original plan. Also, when we realized we had ordered too much vinyl lattice for the underside of the deck (which we ordered separately from Bluegrass Sunrooms), Joe P. (project manager) offered to drive the excess back to Home Depot so we could return it without scheduling a pickup.
    Cons: This is a pretty minor issue, but the workers on site weren’t always fully aware of plans we had discussed on the phone during the design phase. There were some plans for the railing that didn’t get communicated to the boots on the ground (i.e., we only wanted post caps on the stairs; we wanted the posts to extend far enough above the railing to hide the raw edge of the Trex drink rail). This wasn’t a huge issue, and all adjustments we requested were completed in a timely manner within the budget we originally agreed to. But do expect to confirm your plans with the folks actually doing the work.
    Overall, the deck looks awesome, the process was smooth with only very minor hiccups, and we really enjoyed working with the whole team. Highly recommend Bluegrass Sunrooms for your next project!

    I love Bluegrass Sunrooms! They built a covered porch for me a year ago and I love it every day.
    I was thrilled again recently when, once again, Joe worked his magic and they built me a ramp. It's beautiful and very sturdy. It's not going anywhere! They even took into consideration my dog, Mia. They made her a gate into the backyard. She loves it. Ivan and his crew did a great job! I would definitely use Bluegrass Sunrooms again.

    We love our new screened in patio. Melissa and Joe were both so good to work with. Both Melissa and Joe followed up with us weekly to keep us informed and to let us know when our patio supplies had been ordered and when they should be ready to start. Joe contacted me the day before starting on the patio. The installation went really well and was completed in two days. Joe contacted me each evening to make sure I was happy and to see if there was anything he could follow-up on for me. Excellent job, quality, Customer Service, and pricing.     My project was a small one compared to most enclosures, however, Joe (Bluegrass) did not hesitate to work with me while other companies did not bid because the job was too small. That was the beginning of a great relationship with Bluegrass, down to the finished product. Workmen
    were great to work with and it has gotten a lot of favorable comments in the community. Would not hesitate to recommend Bluegrass to anyone regardless of the size of the project..
