      Called to have a squirrel removed from inside the home. Beau (manager, as I was told) showed and said it would cost $595 to set a trap outside because we had to catch them outside under the tree. Well the trap never caught anything. The food was gone after 1 day by the birds or other animals eating, I called 3 days in a row and talked to JIM and he was nice but no control over who or when the person would show up to add the food. I even put a sign in front of the camera saying "Called 3 days no food, and no one showed!"
      This company needs to quit scamming people and go out of business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. if I could give Minus stars I would.

      On May 20, 2024 I paid Humane Wildlife to capture a potential critter in my attic. They promised a baited cage with a 24 hour surveillance camera. After two weeks I called to tell them they had failed to bait the cage. They then went to the cage and threw marshmallows in the cage. The only thing the cage caught were ants. I was told the critter probably saw the cage and decided they were not wanted and moved on. The technician terrorized my renters by beating on their doors and windows, and their neighbor caught them surveilling the area at 2A.M. I intend to litigate the unlawful charge for their corrupt practices.

      I called this company to help me with raccoon issues that I was having in my yard, they came after I gave them $622, they brought a cage that would fit a squirrel, the raccoons came and didn't fit in there the first night then the top closed on the raccoon and the raccoon was outside the cage, I called them and asked him to bring a bigger cage they said we'll be out tomorrow, tomorrow came nobody the next day I called can you bring me another cage they said later, they never came so I called them on the third day and I talked to some nice man named Jim, he said we'll have them out by the end of the day 7:30 came and nobody again 3 days no cage trap so I called and I left a message if they did not answer and I said if you don't come today with the trap I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company because I have cats that I feed in the neighborhood and they have not been eating they're scared of the raccoons I need to get this under control, the next thing I know I get a call from the manager screaming at me yelling at me I could not believe it I tried to talk he said no I'm talking I'm talking very nasty and loud he says you're cut we're not doing anything for you and you're not getting your money back I said oh really we'll see about that anyway make a long story short I disputed it with my credit card company and also after hanging up with him within 30 minutes there was a guy at my house taking the cage and the camera, it's funny how when you talk money they send somebody real quick they took their equipment and left , 3 days I asked him to come and then all of a sudden they come and get their equipment within 30 minutes it's just unbelievable their thieves they're liars and they're the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced in my life beware of this company

      I DON'T WANT TO LEAVE A STAR BUT I HAVE TO, TO POST THIS.!!!!DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! They charged me $599 to remove racoons from my attic and did NOTHING for the money. They set a trap on my deck, said they had to wait for the adult racoon to be caught in the trap after which they would advise what was to be done with the babies. The next day they set a camera in front of the trap and that was the last we heard. In the meantime, the critters were tearing up our HVAC system and hosing around the electrical work in the attic while we sat on our hands and waited for the adult racoon to be trapped. After 5 days we called again and again because it smelled like the critters had died in the attic and the stench was going through our house. I have a 5year old and didn't want him to breathe that stuff.
      When they picked up the phone I was told shamelessly that if they did go up to the attic and found the racoons weren't dead but alive they would charge us another $299!! Whereas they had done nothing for the $599 they'd already taken from us. Daylight robbery!

      Our Wildlife Technician certified as an Advanced Wildlife Control Operator responded to Mr. L****' home to remove raccoons from his attic. The raccoons at this location were "trap shy" meaning they knew what the trap was and were especially difficult to catch and remove. Each animal we removed was checked to see if it was a lactating female and if it had been a lactating female would have required us to enter the attic and remove the juveniles. Mr. Lutes demanded that we intentionally orphan juvenile raccoons without first catching the parent which is a violation of our SOPs and cannot be done. Mr. L**** wife called every day multiple times harassing and belittling our staff in the office which is a violation of the terms of his service. Mr. L**** did report an odor from the home and out technician responded at no charge to check the area and found normal raccoon activity and no dead animals. Mr. L**** was advised that he would be charged for any further service calls that were deemed unnecessary while we were in the removal process. Mr. L**** then called back and requested someone out again for the same smell, was told he would be charged for the service call, agreed to be charged and then refused to pay the technician when he came out. This resulted in immediate termination of service until the outstanding balance is resolved. Mr. L**** is advised to pay his outstanding balance or it will be submitted for collections.
