    First word that comes to mind is, Thorough! But then, Jess & Noland went Above & Beyond with their knowledge and know-how. Thanks Guys so much. You took a horrible, stressful situation, and Gave me Hope Again! And the same guys came back , so it puts me at ease, and let's me know- everything is gonna be ok. As they walked up to my door, with their shining armour- I was so elated to yell- "hey! My Best Friends! So glad your back"..lol. and I really appreciate the "after we leave" break down. I called it my homework.:) they gave me little pointers- of things to do , until their return. And those have turned out to be most helpful. So. Just wanna say - I WILL RECOMMEND OPC, I DO recommend OPC. I will continue to use OPC. And I wish these guys a long work- ship with OPC, because Jess & Noland made it All the More Better . I truly appreciate you guys. Thank you so much .

    OPC has been serving my house for the last few years after they bought out the company I had for 20 years. I have had issues with their billing for more than a year now. I had a monthly service , but was having issues with ants and called them back two weeks I was charged the monthly fee because it wasn’t in the same month, I was told eventually I continued getting billed with interest charges for several months. After I didn’t receive my monthly service for 2 months I called and different people say the same thing. They will have someone call me back. I called back again and not happy about this issue to want to talk to whoever can help me After 10 min on hold, I was that I need to talk to Lisa, who was in a meeting and would call me back. i did speak with Lisa., and after explaining everything to her she said we would split the difference on the disputed fees and change my service to quarterly. She told me the amount I owed and it was paid in full in March. I am still getting billed with interest on the one month that was going to be waived by them. I’ve called 3 times and spoke with someone different every time who say they will check into it and have someone call back. Lisa, who I asked to speak to again is not in the same position. The last person said she would call me back in 2 days even if it’s just to update me, that was 2 weeks ago. This has been going on over a year but was being settled 3 months ago. Yet I still wait for a reply. Their follow up response is POOR. I would not recommend them to anyone. I totally understand why they have a 1 star rating, which is the lowest rating I could give.

    OPC is NOT a TRUSTWORTHY company! I have had trouble with them doing their job correctly so they sent a "big-wig" out to take care of any concerns. She convinced me to stay with the company. Boy was that a BIG MISTAKE!
    Today I have an appointment with them to spray my house for fleas. The appointment time was 10-12. I called to see if they knew when the tech would be here. I got the answering service and was told they would relay the message and someone would call me. They haven't called yet and it is 20 minutes past the time they were to be here. Last time, I was told someone would call, it was three days later when they called back. Why bother???
    Anyway, it is now 12:20 and nobody has shown. I called and got a person and she said she apologized but the tech didn't show or something so they would have to get someone else to come out. I was told it would be another hour. I have to go to work soon, and I had to make special plans for my animals to be out of the house all day. And apparently they were not going to let me know that no one was coming! This is no way to run a reputable company! And OPC, please don't write a response apologizing. What good does that do? It won't change my opinion because this is twice now I have had problems with this company.
