All the staff were incredibly helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me find the service that was best for my situation, and also helped me understand how different pests thrive, move in different settings, and how to prevent them. Kenneth, who came over to do the work, was especially helpful, polite and responsive, and efficient! Will call them every time.

I know nothing about rodent control, except getting cats in my past has cured the problem. Alyssa was so sweet and knew a lot about my mice problems. I am glad I called on them to come help me. I don’t mind any creature as long as it doesn’t destroy anything, or inside my house, but we’ve moved past that point and now it’s game on! Started great, until I’m being blamed for voiding contract, when I went 4 months with no service, and auto payments still came out, I’d say and lawyers say that voided contract on their part, so when my card expired, I refuse to update, as they have not held up their end, good luck getting ahold of anyone, every phone call and text is all AI, I’ve even been to the office to speak to a live human, no one there, again AI. Oh they will bill you extra for them not holding up their end of the contract. I’ve also called countless times to complain about an employee who grabbed me in my own home, and how I don’t want this employee anywhere near my home, again AI, they will still send him out , because you can’t get ahold of anyone! Police will be involved at this point if any employee from this company comes near my home. As they continue to harass me about not finishing contract, when well no service on their part, while I paid 4 months with no service, Ladies be careful with this company,run a background check on your service tech and don’t let them tell you you have to finish a contract after an employee grabs you, and tells you he just can’t help himself you’re too pretty.Tailor Made Pest Control

Hey Regina, sorry that you feel like you have had a bad experience with our company.
A few things. 1, the service you signed up for is an every other month service, billed monthly, as per the agreement you signed up for. You are guaranteed 6 services in a calendar year, and because of your rodent pressure, we have provided an additional 3 services for a total of 9 services in 7 months, which is 5 months short of the 12 month agreement. Your services were terminated due to non-payment, for which we have made numerous attempts to contact you to collect, so yes, the remainder of the agreement is due along with the cost of the 4 stations we were unable to collect as per your agreement.
Yes, there for a bit, we were short staffed in the office, so our ai assistant helped answer calls for us, with that said, we returned your voicemails you left and text messages left with the office and with Christian the owner. There was one time you answered and said it was a bad time for you, so we called you on the next business day which was a Monday and that call was never answered or returned. So yes, we missed calls, but the game of phone tag has been on both sides, we would love to talk with you if you want to call Christian at (502)558-7518.
In regards to an employee that you said grabbed you. We have implemented body cameras that all technicians weather when on a customer property starting in October of last year, the one tech you called in on. Robert, is no longer with the company, though not because of any complaints from customers, for other reasons, was only out to your home 1 time, and the 1 time, he did not grab you at any point and you all exchanged friendly conversation about the treatment and other things. If you have a complaint, we are very reachable via phone(which jessica the ai can take that message and pass to the right person), text, or email, none of which we have any record of you making that complaint until you were behind on your payment and services were terminated due to non payment.
Prior to Robert you had Brian one time and then Kenneth from the beginning. At no point, did you have any complaints until we have reached out about a past due balance, and you paid every month as per your agreement with no issues.
