    I ordered a water filter and it was sent and delivered to the wrong address. I live in Maryland and the item was delivered to an address in Texas. I emailed the company twice, with no response. I am seeking a full refund.

    Ordered 2 water filters 1/28/2024 (Order number: ******* and received the filters on 2/3/2024. I installed one of the filters and the filter did not fit correctly. I compared my OEM filter side by side with the filter from Red Stag and the Red Stag filter was about 1/16 of an inch shorter than the OEM filter causing the filter to not operate correctly. I filed for a return/refund and sent them pictures of the OEM filter side by side with their filter showing the height difference. Red Stag is not wanting to follow their policy and accept the return/refund. They have asked me to try "work arounds" to try and get the filter to work. I should not have to try and alter anything to make their filter to work and potentially cause a water leak which would damage my hard wood floor. Now they are requesting that somehow, I provide a video showing the filter does not fit properly. This is impossible to video the inside of the filter compartment with the filter installed.
