    They don’t answer their phones and when they call back they are not fully informative
    I took the class with 10 others and none of us realized that we would NOT be getting certified.
    Cant keep your quizzes to study from. They give them back the week of for you to look over
    They are not helpful in job placement if you do not live in louisville
    I still have not found a job.

    We're sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience at our school. We are an educational institution not a job placement agency. No school can guarantee employment; they can only guarantee to teach you what you signed up to study, which we did. The certificate that you receive from completing the program makes you eligible to work in the field. So you do not need to spend any extra money by taking a national certification exam. It is not required. As for being located in Lexington - since our school is located in Louisville, all of our contacts and partnerships are in the Louisville area. That is just the nature of where we do business. I hope that you can at least appreciate that we were able to place you in your Phlebotomy externship in Lexington. If you need help with your resume, please email [email protected] and we would be happy to take a look to see if there is something missing that is causing your job search to be harder than normal.
