    On 7 May 2023 I purchased two items from this business on line for 49.57
    The items were a silk screened t shirt and water bottle with the logo of a group that I belong too.
    After a few weeks I made contact with the group leader who works with Digital Promotions to provide us with logo embossed items. He made contact with ****** ******** of Digital promotions repeatedly and she assured him that the order would be fulfilled. On 20 June I emailed Digital Promotions and received a reply from *** ****** that he would look into the order and contact me the next day. On 21 June I emailed him again and received no reply. I continued to inform the group leader of my actions and he made several more phone calls to ****** ********. She continued to inform him that the order would be filled.
    On 11 July I emailed *** ****** and received no reply. On 11 July ****** ******** emailed me and assured me that my order would be sent 14 July. The delay was due to an item I ordered being on back order. I was never informed of the back order from my 7 May initial order. On 21 July I called ******. She told me my order had been sent, but then returned to them as damaged. She indicated the individual who imprinted the items would be on vacation for a week but she might be able to find someone to do the work and she would call me back that day. I received no call back. I called her several times and her phone was not answered and the message box was full. I texted her to request a refund. No response. I have since discovered that several other members of my group have ordered items, have not received the items and get no response. One from as far back as January.
    This business seems interested in charging customers and not fulfilling orders. They are non responsive to requests for assistance.
