      Our AC Unit has shut off randomly and won’t stay on for longer than 45 minutes. This has been an issue for about a week. I live on the second floor of my apartment and have animals that I pay a service fee for. It is approaching 90 Degrees where I live and have YET to get any updates on when someone will look at our AC Unit. We have filed multiple maintenance requests, called to get updates and all we are told is they will “pass along to the info to the technicians”. I do not know what else to do and it’s ridiculous I’ve been without AC in the middle of July for almost a week and haven’t heard ANYTHING.

      Two issues, during a storm last April, part of the chimney which had been reported that it was loose, fell on my brand new vehicle causing great damage! This company refused to repair my damaged vehicle!
      In November of last year, a flood appeared inside the walls that caused damage to the bottom units, this company accused me of being responsible, but my unit did not flood! A plumber informed me that any water inside the walls would not be my responsibility! This company called their plumber was charged me for damages! I’m seeking legal assistance because I did not call the company nor did I receive any form of invoice from the company or plumber! Just a charge on my account named plumbing fees!
