    This business is full of money hungry nasty individuals who do not know how to do their job. ***** isn’t capable of answering the phones or doing her job. All this company wants is money. In our neighborhood, nothing is done with our HOA fees. When we call and inquire, ***** disregards what we ask, gets rude and hangs up. It sucks being in a neighborhood you love but having to deal with these people.

    received your complaint and would like to address the issues, but I do not have
    you registered as an owner at any of the neighborhood HOA’s we manage. The name,
    phone number and email address you provided in the complaint does not match anyone
    in our system. I spoke with *****; she does not recall having a conversation
    with you personally. Please know ***** is my business partner and co-owner of
    Cornerstone Property Management for the past 12 years. I can assure you she is
    not rude or disrespectful to anyone.

    I
    would be happy to discuss this matter with you, to learn what we are not doing
    for your HOA, but you indicated you do not want us to contact you. I do not
    know what HOA you are in, so I ask that you please call our office again
    and ask for me. Thank you.

    ******* **** *********** has been ignored by ***** at Cornerstone Property Management for many issues such as poor drainage, overgrown ditch lines, and currently the entrance lights at the *************** Street entrance. They have been out since at least early February 2022. Several residents have emailed and visited ***** about this problem. Personally, I have emailed ***** numerous times since May getting the same response "the electricians should have it fixed by next week". The whole subdivision could have been rewired in the 8 months we have been begging for the entrance lights to work. HOA dues are paid but the residents are ignored. The model house is always in pristine shape but the safety of drivers at night are not important enough to follow thru on work orders. We just want our properties to be kept up per the HOA agreement.

    We do understand the concern and have been addressing the
    electrical issue at the entrance to the subdivision.  We have used two
    electricians to attempt to resolve the issues.  The initial electrician
    made many trips to the property and did make repairs that were initially
    successful only to fail again within weeks.  After going through this
    process multiple times, we decided to switch to a different electrician. 
    After their evaluation of the issues, the new electrician suggested that we
    rewire the entrance due to the many underground wiring shorts in several areas
    at the entrance. After experiencing several unforeseen obstacles during the
    project, this electrician is currently completing the project and expects to be
    completed by 10/24/22.  Regarding the drainage issues, as any drainage
    concerns are brought up, they are relayed to the developer to investigate and
    correct.  The issue of debris in the drainage ditch behind this lot was
    brought to our attention recently was addressed by a contractor who was hired to
    clean up the ditch area.
