    The property is refusing to give me my security deposit back. They state that I did not provide notice but I provided to forms of notice one voicemail and one written letter submitted through their app that they state to use in the contract.

    The signed lease agreement between IPG and *** ******** clearly states our requirements for giving proper advance notice to vacate.  This includes the underlined bold statement on page 8, paragraph 17, that we do not accept verbal notices.  We have no record of any email or written notice submission to our office.

    If *** ******** can provide dated evidence (via email, certified letter, etc.) of proper notice given per the lease terms we will gladly return his security deposit.
