    My family is currently renting a townhouse in **** ***** that are a new build and currently under warranty of ****** ***** LLC. We have experienced a sewage leak in our townhouse since August that was not rectified by the rental company, Robert Massey. The leasing agent has told all the units that their hands are tied and it's up to the builder to supply maintenance or any fix to any current issues. The upstairs toilet has leaked in our kitchen over the refrigerator and stove since August with multiple complaints and maintenance requests sent to the Robert Massey Company. I had to personally hunt down the ***** ********* through ****** and **** ******** with ****** ***** in which they claimed they were not aware of the situations of any of the units. I also filed a complaint with code compliance that gave the comapny a deadline to have everything completed by a given date. I have requested the attention of Robert Massey but have yet to get any resolution from them and have been told that they could have called the same people that I called but never did. We ended up having mold build up and big pieces of sheet rock cut from our ceiling most recently after dealing with this for months. I am hoping that they rectify this issue with not only my family but the residents of the other units as well.

    The attached messages have been sent to the resident.  These steps were already in place prior to the notice from the BBB.  We have all of the documentation of the calls made on this resident's behalf.  It appears that the information that the resident has been given from the building is untrue.
