      This company has been hassling me for a payment for 5 months sending billing statements every two days while refusing to bill my secondary insurance. I have provided images of my secondary insurance before I started therapy and 4 times since. Every time I politely informed the company to bill my secondary insurance without any response. If the company ever called me no voicemail was ever left requesting a callback. I also spoke with my provider about a time for the next appointment and the appointment was written down incorrectly with a 1 hour difference and I was charged a $75 no show fee when I arrived to my appointment on the scheduled time we had agreed upon. Every negative review on google was about their billing department doing the exact same thing to other customers as they have done to me which became a half year long battle for the company to bill my insurance when I have never received any issues using any other company with my insurances.

      I did therapy with this office for about a couple months. Due to finding out later that my insurance was not going to cover it, I quit seeing my therapist. I even explained to her the circumstances. When I received a bill, I made my first payment of 20.00 to them, signed everything online before the payment would go through, and two days later, they attempted to take over 270.00 out of my account. Then just yesterday, they took out 210.00 out of my account. (I never again gave them a consent or authorization to do it) I had them email me a copy of everything I signed, had my bank look at it, and basically, this company is scamming people when they go to put their cards on file. Just so I wouldn't have to fill my info in all the time, I kept my card on file, NOT knowing that they are very deceptive in their agreement that we all have to sign. They are thinking they can go in patients accounts and take money out anytime they want, any amount they want. I was never made aware from anyone in their office that the agreement was saying any of how their payments are done. This company needs to be checked on why they are scamming people in a deceptive way. Then they are charging people fees if the money is not there when they decide they want to take it out of patients accounts. The attachment I sent is what they sent me in an email on what I had signed. I want my 210.00 back. They can keep the 20.00 because I KNOW I made that payment.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* *and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.



      I will not be played by this place of business. I had the "agreement" looked over by my bank and they agreed that they have scammed me. They are doing other customers the same way, I'm sure. I do not think they need to get by with these lies. The ONLY reason I signed that is because I THOUGHT I had to to get that $20 payment through. I did not fully understand it and therefore, again, didn't realize they were technically scamming me. I thought it was just gonna keep my card on file just to make it easier when I go in to make a payment and not have to enter my information every time. I will NOT put another card on file. I will NOT make anymore payments to them because I do NOT do any business with liars and thieves. I will not accept what they have said in their response.
