      My wife ****** and I have moved into our final forever home in May 2020 and we have at that time to select to not receive any unwanted mailers. This is almost 4 years now. The BBB has helped us to stop getting all of the unwanted or junk mail at our address at ** ****** ***** **** ******* ** ******  This is the FIRST realator to send unwanted junk mail. Please request Vince McNeal and Company to stop sending the junk mailer to our home.

      We send over 50K mailers out per month.  On the back of the mailer there is a dedicated website that allows individuals to opt out.  We have taken the time to opt *** ****** out.  Moving forward, we would ask him to simply throw future mailing away as he does with other forms of mail advertisements that he is not interested in.  We do not with to or intend to force anyone to sell their home.

      I am rejecting this response because: It does solve the problem at hand and a NEW realator has sent me JUNK mail and I am suppose to just throw it in the - in case I get it again.  I would think that response is ONLY to allow them to say they are not interested in solving the problem to begin with - me not wanting JUNK mail.

      I will continue to FILE a BBB complaint when I get the next one in the mail whenever that may be.

      It will then give you the paper trail to maybe REMOVE or FIRE a person who is blantantly part of the problem.  Instead of the solution.  I got three more items from another company and it was then handled by someone at the Headquarters office who then wanted to know - how could this not handled to STOP the unwanted JUNK mail.  Just thoughts on your response.
