    We recently had a grate, logs and embers installed. The work was fine, but we were billed for services that didn't occur. We’re happy with it. Despite multiple requests I never received a detailed estimate. Work that was not needed during our install wasn’t removed from final billing. And despite requests and assurances I would see/review the final bill, it was never shared with me. The folks from Allgeier are apparently contract workers for *** **** ***** but actually denied being another business. Phone records and email addresses soon proved my suspicions correct. The business practices of this business are questionable. The sales person with whom I was working, ****** *****, is nothing but a grifter. When questioned about miscommunications, services to be completed, business certifications and final billing, he basically gaslit me, lied and proved my concerns right.

    Allgeier Air has proudly served our community for an impressive 29 years, and our enduring accreditation with the Better Business Bureau for over 11 years reflects our commitment to excellence.

    We genuinely regret any inconvenience caused by the minor installation issues you experienced. We acknowledge that these concerns were promptly addressed, and the system has been functioning without any known issues for over a year and a half.  It's worth noting that a  permit was pulled for this job under Permit #**************

    In recognition of the inconvenience you've faced on a couple of occasions, we would like to extend a gesture of goodwill. We understand the value of your satisfaction, and we are prepared to offer $200 to express our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused during the rectification process.
