      I was at your Marysville Ohio long John silver today and I was fraudulently charged $39 for an individual meal and I don’t want to take care of it it should be reported to the Ohio attorney general and anybody else I can think of

      We are a family who doesn’t have a lot of money. We are traveling and needed to feed our kids and saw a LJS was nearby. We don’t have one close to home so decides to try it. Ordered AND PAID online - it said 7:45 was cut off time. No prob. It was before 7. Set for 7:20 pick up. Go to door - locked. With a sign that they now close at 7. There’s no way to cancel the order nor get a refund - only email them. So now I have $40 less in my account with no idea of when it’ll be returned and I still need to feed my kids.
      This is beyond unacceptable. Shut down your online ordering and PAYMENT if you’re closing. Not hard. And I expect a refund immediately!
      We don’t go out to eat often cuz we can’t afford it. And now also because of this garbage.

      columbus ohio stores are terrible for service and food quality wish if you were going to ruin the name just close them down everyone working at these places wants to promote ***. Get together sad such a good place ruined

      I was called by a LJ rep to follow up on a complaint I submitted. The representative made excuses, said she would mail me a free meal (only 1 meal when 2 of us were dissatisfied), and then never followed through with sending anything! I have left a new message regarding this and still haven't heard back!
