    We hired a company Payne Home Restoration to git bathroom and totally remodel them. We ran into water leaking in both Master and Children's bathroom. That did slow down the work some. However the prices constantly changed, they asked for more money. The work was terrible, they started May 2024... July 2024 they were still working. They came to work hours after they said they would come. Would say they were going to lunch never show back up, they would leave the garage door open. They started asking to borrow money, for flat tires and blowouts. Asked us to help finance and fix their work truck. They kept asking for more money everytime they would leave the job. Started coming up with excuses why they couldn't come to work death in family, illnesses... etc. Started bringing random workers in the house..... because some quit or said they were sick. Didn't properly enclose rooms while sanding and working. Dust was all over the house, bedroom carpet was destroyed we had to get new carpet. Due to them them tracking dust,dirt etc all over the house. Had to get all the vents cleaned out throughout the house never taped any vents. They started not showing up or returning calls... eventually they did call us bk end of July 2024. We didn't want them to come bk they never finished the jobs in either bathrooms. The master bathroom hasn't been in working order since May 2024. The kids bathroom was never finished, light fixtures hanging off walls screws missing. None of the light socket covers are on the walls we have no idea where they are. We paid for items when they left never reimbursed,nor items brought to us. We have pictures of the work and text messages We currently have contractors in our home. They have totally had to get all the work Payne Home Restoration has done. In May our 11 yr old daughter came down stairs for water and water was pouring from the ceiling. The exact issue they were supposed to have fixed last yr. We had to get plumbers to come at 7am to fix it.
