      My mother, *************************** was a resident at this facility. She gave her 30 day notice to move on Oct 16th she was instructed to pay the full amount of rent for the month of November. She ended up moving out on Oct 27th. She gave them her forwarding address and was told she would receive her reimbursement for rent paid approximately 30 days after the end of her 30 day notice, which would have been Nov 15th. She has not received these funds as of Feb 8th. I have spoke to ***** on Jan 2nd and ******** at the main office. I was told the check was sent but to a different address than the one my mother gave to **** at Hidden Lakes. They put a stop payment on the check and assured me the new check would be sent out. I gave ******** my moms new address and she assured me the check had been mailed and she would receive the check on Feb 2nd. She has not received it. I contacted ******** yesterday 2/7 and let her know this. She told me she would check into it and so far today 2/8 she has not responded.

      My mother received a check on Friday 2/9. This is way past the date required per ****** State. 
      I would like this complaint to be posted where potential residents of this facility would be made aware of this terrible experience.
