Wonderful company to work with! Rick Katz came to my house to address an issue I was having with my old roof( not a roof that Proclaim put on) and to check the condition of my roof. He found the cause of the leak and fixed it free of charge! He also told me my roof did not need to be replaced for a while. When I am ready for a new roof I will definitely go with Proclaim. They are honest and dependable!

Proclaim Roofing could not have done a better job! Rick was extremely profession and he went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process. If I could give 10 stars I would. 5 starsProclaim roofing put a new roof on my house in 2023 after a big wind storm ripped my shingles apart. I went with them because they had very good reviews on the BBB website. I was not disappointed. They were very professional about their job. The roof looked fantastic after it was finished and I never found as much as a roofing nail left behind. It was everything that I had hoped for in a roofing company. What impressed me the most about the company is how they stand behind their work. After the job was finished I had a couple of minor concerns about my roof, but when I called Rick about those concerns they were addressed right away. Rick was never more than a phone call or a text away, and when I texted him I got a call from him immediately. I had a great deal of anxiety about choosing a roofing company so it was nice to find such a competent company with quality people. Rick made it really easy. He was always available to answer questions and even helped me to navigate the insurance process. On top of everything thing else I was pleasantly surprised that their prices were very competitive. I expected to pay much more for such good service. I would highly recommend Proclaim to anyone needing roofing work done. We had ProClaim replace our roof about 18 months ago and they did a truly exceptional job. Rick arranged the inspection, quoted the job and ensured the work was done as promised. The crew was very professional and completed the work on time and our home looks great. ProClaim (Rick) is the best, most thorough roofing company in Louisville. They have completed many jobs (20+ personal and rental properties) for me, and they have taken care of every detail of every job. Rick is an expert dealing with insurance companies...he knows many of the individual adjusters and how to deal with them to maximize insurance payouts. Rick and his team were great. I had just replaced our roof two years before getting some storm damage in fall of 2023, and we had an absolute nightmare of an experience with another large local company. Rick was recommended to me from our insurance broker, and he did not disappoint. He walked us through the insurance process, fought for us to get what he believed was necessary to get a roof back in full working condition, and delivered us a full replacement roof. He delivered on what he promised and earned my trust for any future work on our roof in the future. I couldn't speak more highly of a company that's worked on our home.ProClaim Roofing

After trying and attempting to reach several roofers who only never answered calls or showed up for appointments we were told to contact Rick **** at ProClaim. He was the only individual to not only return a call the same day but set up an appointment to come out and assess our roof damaged in the spring weather. Not only was Ric Very courteous , but prompt in his assessment. Low and behold during this busy time they were out to our home within 2 weeks to replace the roof and also flashing. Peter and his team arrived 8:00 in the morning and unlike many homes in are area that were taking up to 4 days by other contractors were don in the evening of the 2nd day. Yard was completely cleaned asa if they were never there and Peter arrived on the next day, Sunday to do a walk around and make sure there was no debris remaining. I couldn't not ask for better service and HIGHLY RECOMEND PROCLAIM! As a foot note: I had another problem really unrelated to their work and guess what, Rick was out again and with out a fee took care of our problem. Thank you Rick **** & Team!
