      All-In-One has been my security and home entertainment provider since 2010. I began having issues with my security system as it integrates with our ******** home phone. On Oct 3, 2024, All-In-One inspected the security system. I was told by ****** on that day, and by **** and ******** via later phone calls, that the 2022 security system was antiquated, that ***'s system no longer integrated with ******** voice, was told that installing a cell phone ($350) was required, and that switching to ********** monitoring was also required, if I wanted to maintain services with All-In-One and if I wanted my home monitored. The system has repeatedly crashed. ********** (********************) is a third party monitoring company. They do not operate by the same standards as ***. After many frustrating days of no security service, I contacted *** corporate to confirm claims made by All-In-One staff. Was informed by them that contrary to claims *** integrates well for many ***/******** clients across the nation. Was also told by *** that All-In-One staff misrepresented facts. On Nov 5, 2024, *** technicians, ***** and ******, inspected the security system and confirmed that the system can be monitored by ***. It is not accurate that ********** is on only company that can successfully monitor my home.
