    We had agreed on 300$ for shoes, he would pay me when he would receive those shoes. He never payed me and blocked me in instagram, later i had contacted other business that had done business with him and then suddenly he unblocked me, he said his “friend” had “hacked” into his account and had send the shoes to himself, then denied to pay me for something out of my control. Also he never made an announcement on his account that his account was infiltrated or anything, and it looks like i was the only one damaged. He also says that two people cant be on the same account but thats false, two people can be on the same account. He leaves messages on seen and doesnt reply even after being very patient with him. He also says that he cant take a hit for 300$ because he payed for his college tuiton but on his Ebay he is selling items worth up to 28,000$+ and not including posts on instragram that are worth even more, But he wont pay a custumer something that he is in the wrong for.
