    I purchased a firearm through an online vendor 2 weeks ago and had my item shipped to the FFL dealer Louisville Armory. I called the day of the purchase and let them know to be expecting my item. A gentleman kindly took down my name and number among other information and told me I’ll be contact as soon as it arrived at the store. After I had confirmation from ***** that my item had arrived I called the store and asked them when would be a good time to come collect my item. The person on the phone, in the most uncaring way, asked me “what did I order” so I told him. He then explained that they would have to call me back due to them “not opening the mail today” I waited the entire day with no return call. The next morning I called the store again to get information on my item. The other associate on the phone stated that he wouldn’t know because he’s not a manager and to call back later that day. I did so, and was put on hold until another person picks up and stated, they have to long it in their system and it wouldn’t be ready until the following day. The following day I called, and the associate sounded like he wasn’t listening to my concern. I explained that I needed my order today. He told me they didn’t have time to go through the mail and would give me a call back in 30 minutes for a answer. I had to literally ask this associate if he needed my number in order to call me back because he didn’t even ask for my contact information. I called again on the same day and was rushed off the phone by someone and told that they would call me. The associate provided the wrong number so my guess is now they are trying to reach me but can’t due to the incompetent employee. I called final time and was sent to a voicemail, and unable to leave a voicemail due to it “not being set up” this company communication SUCKs and the customer service is horrible. No one cares and everyone is “Too Busy” I’ll never have a firearm shipped to this place again. I would like my item now.
