  The recent storms brought a large, heavy limb down on my roof that caused damage in one area. I called the company that put my roof on but they were not very responsive and communication was poor. A coworker suggested Redemption Roofing. Once I reached out, Jon came out within a few days for an inspection. He provided photos and a detailed explanation of the damage and the needed repairs. A few days later he sent Andrew and a small crew out to repair the needed roof and gutter repair. Everyone I spoke to on the phone or in person was polite, courteous & professional. They cleaned up after the work was completed. Thank you Andrew & Jon. When it's time to have my roof replaced I will definitely be calling Redemption. Until then, I'll be referring friends!

  Michael B and Redemption did a great job on our new roof. We had put it off for a long time hoping for some insurance coverage for help, but it wasn't meant to be. Knowing that this was an out of pocket exspense they worked to give a more than fair price. Work was done on time and efficiently by a well organized crew. Clean up was solid. Michael was great to work with and I highly recommend him to you if you are looking for roofing needs.

  Great customer service with a desire to go above and beyond. Jon was our sales person and worked very closely with the insurance company to make sure things were taken care of. The crew worked extremely hard and did a great job cleaning up.
  Honest, fair with lots of integrity. Strongly recommend this company.

  Jon and Redemption Roofing were incredible! It took us 9 months to get our roof approved for full replacement due to wind damage. Jon was relentless with our insurance company-we credit his time and effort in finally getting our roof approved. Even when we wanted to give up-Jon held steady in the fight. Our new roof looks fantastic. What a great team!!

  Redemption Roofing just completed our new roof and they did a terrific job. The roof is great but what sets them apart is their commitment to customer service. We had storm damage and many roofers stopped by to quote the job but the insurance company initially said no so they all walked away. Jon and Paul stayed with it submitting additional pictures, documentation coupled with countless phone calls. Plus they kept us informed throughout the process. Our shingle is no longer available and we had a hard time picking a new one. Again they went the extra mile helping us sort through the options with phone calls, drone pictures and meeting at the kitchen table. Just a great experience all the way around. Would highly recommend to anyone.

  Jon at Redemption was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process of fixing my roof. He did an exceptional job communicating with my insurance company to ensure my claim was handled appropriately. Additionally, he and his team did an excellent job replacing my roof. I met with several other roofing companies and found Redemption to be the best by far. Highly recommend!

  We had weather related damage to our old roof and were having trouble with our insurance company. Jon went to bat for us and walked us through every step of our claim. His knowledge, experience and dedication helped us to be successful with our claim. On new roofing day, his team showed up early and worked together quickly, efficiently and professionally. They were very respectful of me and each other. Jon kept me posted all day long via texts. By end of day, we had a new roof and gutter protection. The yard was clear of all debris. They were a true pleasure to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am thankful we had someone recommend them to us.

  Redemption Solar does not give the full details that a consumer needs to make such an expensive investment. It took over 5 months for my panels to be installed correctly and for the system to finally work. I had several crews of contractors in my home, in and out, redoing the entire system, from the attic to the basement. I had to call Mike and Michael multiple times to get a phone call with them to ask to get out of the deal, which they would not allow me to do. They reimbursed me $500 for my troubles after multiple phone calls and hostile emails.
  I was misinformed that the solar panels would provide power if the grid goes down, which was the main reason I wanted the panels in the first place. I asked Michael about this multiple times and he assured me I would have power if the grid went down, even without a back-up battery. This is completely false information. You will not have power if the grid goes down unless you purchase an expensive back-up battery. Additionally, I did not receive a $9,000 tax credit as Michael said I would. I am not in that income bracket to receive that amount. My bill has gone down but with the solar panel payments, it doesn't make much of a difference. I would recommend doing all of your research and not just trusting what this company tells you. The sales techniques are misleading and dishonest and I am deeply disappointed that they stand on the values they claim.
