    On April 4, 2025 I placed an online order for a Waterway ******** Proclean Plus Air Relief Valve with O-Ring from this company. The price, including shipping totaled $12.90.

    I did receive an automated email with an order confirmation. The order number is ********. The company promised shipment in 2 – 4 days via ****** *********.

    The nature of my dispute is that 13 days after the order was placed, I have not received my product, nor have I heard from the company despite my repeated attempts to contact them.

    On April 8, I downloaded a suggested app to track my order. Upon installation, the notation was that the order status was “Preparing Shipment”.

    The business has not attempted to solve the problem because I have not been successful in contacting them, and they have not been diligent in replying to my emails and phone messages. I have no guarantee that they are even receiving them.

    April 9, I called a **************, listed on their website, about the order but got a busy signal. This occurred 5 times that day. I subsequently found a ****** ********* which I called 12 times and left messages. No one has returned my call and as of this date I have not received my product. I have emailed them 3 times – [email protected]; I have received no reply.

    This complaint does involve advertising; it is based on a the company’s failure to provide the service in the time frame promised, as well as it’s failure to respond to numerous attempts to contact them regarding the issue.

    I want my product, or my money returned.
