  On October 26, 2022, after 2 years of being a customer, I learned the drop off service price increased and while I wasn't thrilled, I continued to use their service because they did a decent job with the clothes. I learned the employees were "rounding up" when the laundry was weighed. For example, my bag weighed 11.53lbs and I was charged for 12lbs. I brought this to the attention of the attendant and he told me the owner told him to do it that way. I addressed the issue with the owner later that night as he collected the coins from the machines. The owner told me his Accountant told him to do it that way. I continued to use their service for several weeks, always paying for the exact pounds of laundry. I posted a review after bringing it to the owner's attention and nothing being done to resolve it. Fast forward to today when I arrived to collect my clothes only to find the clothes unwashed and in the original bags with a note attached saying, "return clothes" and "no longer a customer of the laundry basket" signed, Aaron. I tried contacting Aaron 5 times with no response, however I saw him parked at the business & I sopped. I introduced myself and asked him why. He replied, "we're done with ya". I finally realized he was upset about what I wrote online about overcharging people. I guess I would be upset if I ran a shady scam to get a couple dollars from each customer by rounding up the weight. It's paramount to stealing and I don't mind one bit being the bad guy to tattle tale on a thief. I don't understand why he is so upset, although he probable pocketed $200-300 per day from overcharging, at an estimate. I would very much consider your options before entrusting your clothes to this business. This place is run down, dirty, and he pays his attendants as Independent Contractors, not employees. The more I learn, the more I see shady business practices.
