      A warranty comes with the tiny home we payed for from this BUSSNESS at the time of the contract ****** bosses the owner of the the tiny home lot on ***** *** *gree with me present to 300 month an 250 down he promise. Five day delivery on a 36 by. 18 foot tiny home now ****** bosses after I sign contract he went behind my back altar the contract an went an mark it up to 600 dollars a month knowing we be in a unfavor POSTION. Thinking we have to pay t to keep our tiny home we did not pay for it because one the DELVERY guy didn't bring the contract for me to sign off final on two he brought wrong tiny home he brought a repo that had been destory an just left it an reck the fork lift. An destory our gravel drive way we just pay 2000 dollars to build ****** the owner after I had told him the DELVERY guy damage our gravel drive way destory our mail box he smell of beer smell was rude didn't no how to drive a fork lift got his truck stuck dug ruts Thur our yard an didn't offer to pay to repair it an left a tiny home repo instead of the correct new one we payed for. The one they just drop off never level it off nothing just drop this used busted worn out junk shack an destory my property an left this BUSSNESS repo the tiny home while we was inside asleep no one ever call in the repo to the London KY police dept an the repo man rules in KY your suppose to report repos in the county ur repoing in an attempt to make contact with the owner to try settle up late payment piror to repoing the property this kid ****** bosses sent wasn't trained had no clue what he doing he rush up took fork lift jerk house up never check first to make sure safe to repo he just jerk up tiny home an drop it with us inside hurting two of us this is unexceptable 6 of us was inside that tiny home when it fell ten foot Thur air smashing into ground hurting us an destorying our personal items inside

      Good afternoon, 

      I am reaching out in regards to a customer complaint ID* ******** by ***** ***** 

      I am sadden to hear *** **** has decided to file a formal complaint. I am attaching a signed copy of the customer contract that *** **** signed on 10/14/22 showing that the customer agreed to a monthly payment of $535.77 a month. This contract was signed in person and discussed with *** **** prior to his November delivery. Once a contract is sent to our manufacturer and financial institution they cannot be altered by anyone, unlike *** ****s allegations that we changed it. 

      Second, as we discussed with *** ****, his contract is not with Bosses Buildings, it is with ****** ******** Any delivery driver and repo issues goes through ****** ******* as stated in the contract. *** **** had been contacted several times starting 30 days after his delivery, that he also signed off on damages and leveling, regarding his failure to pay his agreed $535.77. After continual failure the pay, ****** ******* sent their hired repo person to pick up their property. Any repo that is being picked up happens during 8-5pm business hours and will contact customers 24 & 48 hours prior to their arrival. 

      I have also attached the delivery receipt showing a November delivery, post dating where *** **** signed his legally binding contract for the monthly amount of $535.77. Lastly, in his contract, his warranty covers any damages during delivery, however when *** **** signed his for delivery he did not state there were any issues/ damages waving his right to compensation for his alledged damages he is now stating occurred. 

      I do apologize for any inconvenience *** **** may have experienced, however Bosses Buildings is only a 3rd party retailers for ******* products and all contracts/issues after purchase are covered with ****** ******* so there is nothing further that we can help him with. 

      If he continues to have issues, as we recommended to him countless times to reach out to ****** ******* and they will be able to answer any questions or concerns.
