    Unfortunately, I had a very negative (and costly) experience due to Limestone. A major error was made by an attorney at Limestone which resulted in costly litigation post closing. Prior to closing on a property, we had requested that the attorney check the property's deed restrictions for us to review. The attorney sent us deed restrictions which OMITTED an entire (ending) page of the document. The attorney missed the entire last page of a document we specifically requested we review.
    We were unaware that we were not reviewing a full and complete legal document. With the final page omitted, we did not have critical information regarding the deed restrictions. We did not receive the full deed restrictions and therefore made decisions, unknowingly, on erroneous, incomplete information provided by the attorney. After closing, we were sued (as a result of not fully knowing the deed restrictions). We went to court many times, spent thousands on legal fees, and had other damages and time lost. We have mostly been disappointed in the aftermath that no one at Limestone has reached out to us, acknowledged, or tried to correct this major error.
    The attorney was clearly rushed, provided us incomplete (erroneous) information, and has not acknowledged how much his error has cost us in terms of time and investment.
