    March 13, 2025 1:30 AM A@G towing Louisville Kentucky. Removed my vehicle off the repair lot without my permission. One of the tow truck drivers was working off the clock and was paid by third-party individual to remove the vehicle that didn’t belong to either one of them. ANG towing failed to obtain any credentials in regards to this vehicle And took the car. Myself as well as several other people reached out to the company. Let them know what was going on and we do not haveany resolution at all. The company failed to even look into it as if they didn’t care I sent over surveillance videos. Let letting them know that actually happen we have your company on camera doing this unlawful act And they refuse to help us. This company is 100% not to be trusted. They are stealing vehicles, moving them, transporting them, hiding them Four random individuals.

    On March 13th 2025 our Driver was asked by a customer- **** of **** Auto Mart to tow a car from the repair shop located in front of our lot. He towed the vehicle for cash as he has done in the past. The customer who filed the complaint- did not own the car. It was owned by Preston Automotive LLC. The owner of Preston automotive contacted us we dealt with her on the vehicle. The car was towed 2/10 of a mile from our lot at **** ********* ** ** **** ********* **. She sent us the bill of sale showing Preston Automotive as the owner- We attempted to pick up the unit from **** - he had blocked in said vehicle with other cars.  We called **** and then added in Preston Automotive to the call. There was a lot of yelling and he refused to release the vehicle back to the legal owner Preston Automotive. We informed Preston Automotive she would need assistance from LMPD - they were the only ones who could force the release of the unit. Our industry does not require verification of ownership for a tow. We had an existing business relationship with **** of **** Auto Mart. It was not an unusual request to tow a vehicle from a repair shop to a requested drop location. It is our understanding that the car was successfully recovered by from the lot with police assistance.
