    Certified Tree Care LLC is trying to charge me a for a membership I didn't opt for and is saying if I don't opt out by November I will be charged. I called and left a voicemail mail to the phone number provided
    ************ they need to cancel as I never want anything to do with them or their company.

    Certified Tree Care completed service of trimming my tree in December 2023. **** ******** boss (I believe his name was ****) assured me if I was not happy with the trimming to call the office and they would come back out and re-trim for free. His only ask was that I not wait a year to request the service. I have called the Louisville branch office every month since March. Each time I have left a voice message with either ******* ******* ***** or the voicemail. Each conversation ended with, Certified Tree Care does not have anyone in the area to come back out to re-trim, please call back later. They assured me I was on the list and would be called once a team was in-place. It was acknowledged that I had work done in December and they told me the re-trim would be free. On my last call when I spoke with ***** (8/14) she said there were no notes in my file and there was nothing they could do as there is not a crew locally. I have called the Corporate Office 3 times over the period of March - Present and each time was referred to the Louisville Office.

    I am beyond frustrated and would like for the remaining of the tree to be trimmed. If not, I would like a partial refund so I can pay someone else to take down the remaining branches.

    Certified tree care was contracted to complete work at my home. Agreement was to pay 1/2 up front and 1/2 upon completion. The work has not been completed. I originally wrote a check to pay for the first 1/2. The company saved my bank information from my check without permission. Money was taken from my account without my authorization to pay for the second part. My bank filed a fraud alert. The bank was not able to recover my money. The bank reimbursed me because they determined it was fraud. The business is a Texas based business with a Kentucky representative. Texas has returned calls, not Kentucky.
